We have been making strides to make our farm more self sufficent so we can become less dependent on the commercial food system and this week was a major step in that direction!
For the first time in Rowesborg history, we are proud to introduce our two Jersey dairy cows Butter and Biscuit!
Since joining a herd share a few months ago, raw milk has became such a valuable resourse at our farm that we never want to go without. Espcially when Cash starts eating us out of house and home.
